I would like to know how a person would know if the battery is working. Is there susposed to be a light on it so you can see if it is working?

I just bought one and it didn't phase the next door neighbor's dog one bit. This product did not work at all. The author of this article is a shill named ADMIN...HMMMM...yeah, it's going back to Wally World tomorrow. I'm putting up privacy fencing.
